What to you think about Staggered Eating, such as starting with meat, then after about 30 minutes veg and starches? Similar to an Italian pace of eating dinner?
I have heard a healthy adult can mix starch with protein and be fine. Its interesting that the body does produce different biles for protein and starch. There is also a consideration on the research of mixing protein with starch in that it is more difficult to digest. Maybe something to consider with people who are having issues or are weak and or recovering.

Thank you! I think staggered eating sounds complicated and I don’t see any real nutrition benefits, tbh. That said, if you enjoy it, go for it.
